We have found the source of the installation problem
of the DEC Alpha Windows NT client.  We will refresh
the ftp server when we have the problem fixed (hopefully
in the next couple days).  I will post the list when
we've got the code on index.storsys.ibm.com.

In the meantime there is a circumvention:

1. install/enable FX!32 emulation
2. run the adsm client installation
3. disable/remove FX!32 emulation
4. run the client natively

FX!32 is available from http://www.service.digital.com/fx32
or depending on the age of your Alpha may have been
factory installed or bundled with your system.
