Problems with Netware Client running SP4

We seem to be having a problem running the netware client which was
recently upgraded to Netware service pack 4 for version 4.11.
The ADSM client attempts to load but fails and returns to the prompt.
The ADSM client is V2.1.3 for netware.
Any takers?
