We use similar techniques but find the remote control of a users machine
is the best way.

I can't figure out why IBM doesn't give the administrator more robust
restore tools that enable the administrator the ability to view the
clients backed up files from the administrative gui and having the
ability to do an easy restore. This would be a big bonus for those of us
doing netware restores also. This isn't rocket science.
