I have several DRM volumes -  all are database backup volumes -
which I can no more move from one state to another: from "Mountable"
to "Vault" and from "Vault retrieve" to "Onsite retrieve". Actlog
does not show any error, just tells me that zero volumes are moved.
What is wrong with them?
