Its been a long time since I called IBMSUPPORT ( Level 1 ).

I called today.  The customary number that I've used for 20 years:

                      1-800-237-5511

The phone tree was new or at least more complicated then I last
remember it.

Eventually I got to speak to a human and the first thing they wanted to
know
was my credit card number!!!!!!!

Is ADSM (under HESC) no longer a supported item?
I'm clueless, something change?
