I have seen that error. It goes away if you use the password in full
context such as ".username.mycontainer.nextcontainer.organization" Make
sure you start the user name with a "."

I upgrade my Novell client 3.12 to Novell client 4.11. I load TSA410
successfully but when I try to run: incremental or selective DIRECTORY.
I got the following error message:
   ANS4972E Unable to connect to Netware target service ''.
   Make sure the TSA NLM is loaded on the specified machine.
