ADSM SERVER:    V2 for MVS Mainframe
ADSM Client:            V2.1.6 for Windows NT


Problem:
The ADSM client hangs when parsing large directories (> 100,000 files) in
Windows NT.
I have exlcuded the directory in the DSM.OPT file but it still happens. I
know that
there used to be a file limit of 30,000 files in earlier versions of the
ADSM client but
this is supposed to be fixed in 2.1.6.

Alternatively, the ADSM Archive process works fine.

Anyone have any ideas?????.
