Umm...
An ARCHIVE is not a BACKUP. So if this was the first incremental, and
your user had only done an ARCHIVE, there was never a backup. So the
1st incremental does a full backup.
All is well.

Hi adsmers:
I have a user who says he ran an archive on a Windows-95 pc
and the next time he ran an incremental, it did a full backup.
Has anyone else have this happen?
