I've just spent a fruitless two days attempting to use BRRESTORE and
BACKINT to drop an SAP/R3 database (Oracle) down. I have done this
successfully using SAPDBA to drive the process -- but this time we
wanted to drop it down to a different system as a local D/R exercise.
I'm to the point where BRRESTORE can kick off BACKINT -- but then I get
this set of messages; I've built a user 'TRN' and used DSMC to set
access permissions, and I've also set the permissions from root. What am
I missing? Is there any way, as administrator, to tell *who* owns a
file?
TIA -
