I have seen the exact same problem.  I'm working an internal resource to see if 
I can help out here.  Can you send the Dr. Watson log to me?  I wasn't able to 
get my Dr. Watson message when it happened to me.  This will help in solving 
the problem.

I was unable to get the original server back and working.  I wound up starting 
from scratch.  Hopefully, we can do better for you, although it might be 
quicker to start over.  I would recommend setting logmode normal as opposed to 
roll forward, or making the recovery log larger, say 200M or so.  The default 
size is 8 MB, not nearly large enough for most things.
