This is not an error, as such. It means that there is not enough room in
the ADSM server disk pool for the file, so it will be written to a tape.
"Off-line media" indicates a tape not currently mounted in a tape drive.
This is a problem only if the tape is in a manually controlled library
environment and you must wait for an operator to mount it in the drive.
