Armin,
it looks like ADSM does not get access to your harddisk. We experienced
a similar problem after doing major modifications to some file security
entries.
It seems that ADSM only can do backups, when "everyone" has at least
"Read" and "eXecute" access to the root of the harddisk. It's not
necessary to inherit this access to the subdirectories, just modify the
entry for the drive's root.
