We are having problems to define a 3570drive (with NT 4.0).
We are getting a I/O error when we tries.
There is no problem to define the library (in this case lb3.1.0.1)
But when we are trying to define the drive (mt3.0.0.1) the error is shown.
We are using element number 16 for the drive(is it the right number?).
We have installed the ntptf3 .
Now we have some questions about the device support module.
We have device support module 4.
But when you are running utilities and picks up information from the 3570 it
says support module 2.
What does the support module consist of?
Can it be a problem and if that is the case where do we get the support
module 2?
If it isn�t the problem do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?
