Steve,
        ADSM will start sending the file.. when it realizes the file has
'grown' with compression, it will back it off and send the file
uncompressed.  However, if this compressed file is sent in a transaction
with other files (see TXNGROUPMAX / TXNBYTELIMIT) and the file grows,
ADSM will back out the entire transaction and resend all of the files.
