reclamation with two IBM 3590-B11 without IBM 3494

Hello.
We are a client with two IBM 3590-B11 with autochanger in platform SP2.
But the client haven't a IBM 3494. Only the two units described before.
Is possible do reclamation with this configuration?
How is the configuration defined in order to do the reclamation?
Is possible define a only SCSI-library with two IBM 3590-B11 with
autochanger?
