I think you want a wildcard in your filespec.

dsmc archive -SU=yes -DE="Yadda Yadda Yadda" -password=Yadda
'/Yadda/Yadda/filesystem/*'

Make sure you get the * in single quotes, or backslash escape it,
so that ADSM does the globbing.
