This problem occurs with seemingly random files, maybe about 50% of the time.
However, I have noticed that the file still gets restored, although the
restore processing is ended by the ANS4031S.  So by repeatedly doing the
restore with -repl=no I eventually restore all the data.  (batch file :)  )
I'd guess that this ANS4031 occurs during whatever processing DSMC does
after finishing writing the file. Setting rights maybe?  Closing the file?

Also, I should note that orginally the files were backed up from a Windows
NT machine.
