One of my guys suggested a commit after each step.  Does a commit (used in a 
macro, obviously) hold off the next command until the commit completes?

I now realize I'll need to check for "successful" completion using ACTLOG.  I 
wasn't really worried about "successful" to this point.  I just wanted to know 
it was done ;').
