Hello,

I am using the win/95 ADMINISTRATOR CLIENT to look at my tape volumes.

I noticed 3 of them had over 140 TIMES MOUNTED. I ran the AUDIT on them
and ADSM is detecting bad files and is deleteing them from the


I have also noticed these tapes usually give END OF TAPE messages when
they are opened for RECLAMATION.

#1) Are  END OF TAPE  messages serious or just informational?

#2) Would these END OF TAPE messages cause problems during reclamation?

#3) What parms should I check for my tape backup pool that may cause
these END OF TAPE messages?
