Jerry,

Yes, that was one of my original thoughts, too.  SLOWINCREMENTAL was not
turned on when I first started messing with this server, and I thought
I'd have an easy fix!  Unfortunately, setting it to 'yes' didn't solve
my problem.  Also, I ran bindfix and vrepair against that volume last
night, just in case it was getting hung up on some trustee directory
problem, but that also was not successful.  UUUGGGHHH!

I guess I'll have to open a call with IBM and see what they can find.
