I think there is no way to boot NT from disks only. So you need a
complete NT on the affected System (on fixed or removable disk). I have
a `rescue` system in addition to our production system and so I don´t
need removable disks. If I have to make a complete recovery, I will make
a `new` installation of the rescue system and a recovery afterwards.
With a removable disk, I don´t need a reinstall (but customizing of
ip-address).
