PTF 10 contained two APARs regarding the ANR5373 message.

 PN84364, which added the message
 PN88849 then modified  the message so that a response of 'R' would cause
ADSM to retry the tape allocation for another 5 minutes instead of giving
control to MVS allocation recovery.

In addition to those two APARs,  PN91385 makes yet another change.  PN91385
adds a third response to the message, 'W', that will allow you to specify that
MVS allocation recovery be given control.  The fix for PN91385 will be in PTF
13.
