Sherry,
One way you could do this is to do a compare of the volumes ADSM thinks
it has under its control with a TMS report of ASDM volumes.  The
difference would be those tapes which are being erroneously held.

The ADSM list could be generated via the Storage Pool view in the GUI
(print list to file)  The TMS report can be generated using the TMSGRW
report (selecting on flags, dataset name, etc.).  The campoare could be
done via SAS or some other pgm.
This should work for the storage pool tapes.  I'm sure there is a way to
list out all the others (database bkp, etc.)
Let me know if you need a copy a compare pgm.  I have a simple one
written in SAS that does the job.
