Also, make sure that the ADSM server has been restarted with "ENABLE3590LIBRARY
YES"
in the dsmserv.opt file, and at the 3494 control panel make sure that the
interfaces
are marked available, and that you have defined the accessing hosts so that they
have permission to access the 3494. Are the 3494 and accessing hosts on the
