Hi Bill,

I need some more information to be able give you a reason for this error.
Does this error occur only for this file (KI15179.env) each time you
try to back it up?  Try running a backup for this file with
traceflags=service and see what appears in your tracefile.  Tracing
will give more of an indication of what may be causing the problem.
Let me know what you find.
