I just downloaded AIX v2.1.0.12 server and ran into the same problem when
installing it on AIX 4.1.4 system. I was able to get around the problem by
following Dirk Kastens' suggestion of simply 'touching' the 3 missing files
in /usr/lpp/adsmserv/bin. I do think however that IBM should correct the
problem or at least document this work-around method in the README file.
