Hi ADSMers,

Some words of context:

We are a large company in the banking sector, we are going to use ADSM
to backup about 30 Windows NT servers.

It is our policy that only "help desk" specialists will be responsible
for
restoring client files upon a client request.

We understand that "an operator with sufficient rights" (as the manual
puts it), will be able to restore client's files, but we are not willing
to
give the "domain administrator" rights to the "help desk" specialists,
which is a bit of an overkill.

So, this leaves us with the "ADSM client" interface to restore files.

Now the question:
Is it possible for a centrally located "help desk" specialists to
restore
client files, without going physically to ther Windows NT console to run
the "ADSM client" interface ?

        Any suggestion highly appreciated.--
