Backup File Versioning

HI :)

Can ADSM do the folowing for us!
      1. backup changed user files up to 10 Versions
         keep the versions upto 30 days
      2. if user file doesn't change keep the last two backup
         versions ?
      3. if user file is deletet keep one backup version for 90 days


I hope someone can help me?
