We are MVS server 2.1.10. We are backing up a Novell 3.12 server with
client code 2.1.03. The server group wants to upgrade this same server
to 4.11. Once the upgrade is done they want to use ADSM to restore the
data to the hard drives. We have not tested this and I was hoping
there was someone out there that could verify what I am suspecting. Of
course the machine name must stay the same and I assume the drives
must be labeled as they were on the 3.12 server to be able to restore
the data. Can some one tell me if I am on the right track with this.
