Mary, I would be careful canceling an ADSM session by unloading it. We
did that once while a scheduled backup was running and it locked up
the machine. And it even told us that we run the possibility of
locking up. But we did it anyway and sure enough it locked up. The
safest way I know of is what Frank mentioned about signing on as an
ADSM admin and canceling the session. This has worked every time for
us.
