I just upgraded from 2.1.0.7 to 2.1.0.11 and see that there are additional
fields in the dsmaccnt.log (this is an AIX server).  I could not find these
additional fields documented anywhere in the README files.  Can someone
provide me with a pointer to the documentation, or a copy of the documentation
itself?
