Your inclexcl list needs to be modified somewhat.  I'm guessing that
you want to INCLUDE "/" and "/1a" directories(filesystems)  and assign
"GMPT" management class.  Because you have spaces between the "/" and
"/1a" adsm thinks /1a is your management class!  Code those two
filesystems on different 'INCL' lines.   BTW: no matter what is coded
in your include/exclude list, I believe all files are eligible for
archive/retrieval.
