We have ACSLS and the ADSM Enhanced server both running on the same
RS6000, so my situation is not exactly the same as yours. However I can
tell you this much:

What the Enhanced server installation does is provide some device
drivers and puts a front end on the ADSM dsmserv module. That is why
you have to have base ADSM installed first. The front end starts up an
ssi process to communicate with ACSLS whenever you start dsmserv.

So I believe you get ACSLS up and running on Solaris, then use SMIT to
install ADSM Enh server on top of your base ADSM on the AIX box.
