Hi Julie,
Looks like your Domain Name Server is unavailable.
You have specified a name for the option TCPServeraddress in the DSM.OPT file 
rather than specifying a fixed IP address.
If you try to ping the hostname (OS/2 command line: PING <hostname>) is a IP 
address returned? If not, your Domain Name Server is not available. Try pinging 
the DNS itself.
You can bypass this by (temporarily) use the IP address instead of the hostname 
in the DSM.OPT file.
