I have a customer who has installed the MS-Windows 3.x client (2.1.0.5)
but when he tries to run any of the ADSM applications they stop cold
with a message that the PCSHLL.DLL can not be found.

I have looked at other components (Window, TCP/IP stack) but can't
find any reference to this dll anywhere.  Is this a component that
ADSM is supposed to install under certain circumstances.

Client is using Digital's Pathworks tcp/ip stack.
