adsm 2gb limit

The adsm clients are being modified to lift the 2GB file size limit.
We hope to have this out in a client ptf near the end of the year
(or maybe the beginning of 1997).
The adsm server (and the adsm api client) do NOT have a 2GB file limit.
They have always been able to handle >2GB files.
