Lio,  in our novell environment, for what ever reason, the node admin
     changed the maximum physical packet recieve size in the netware
     startup.ncf file to 4000. In the AIX environment where our ADSM server
     runs the packet size was set at 4096.  When the server assembled the
     info necessary during INC's or SEL's our Novell environment couldn't
     receive them... The Novell node admin changed the the max packet size
     to 4202 and rebooted the machine AND ALL IS WELL !
