Make sure that you didn't install a crippled version of ADSM that contains no
ability to license clients. (Those versions do float around; our account rep
gave us a copy of 2.1.0.6 like that.) There is a file in
/usr/lpp/adsmserver/bin that contains "license" in the filename. If you've got
nothing like that, you need to force an install back to 2.1.0.2. (Read your
SMIT menus to do so.)
