Beginning with PTF level 0.3 on the client we are now following the XPG/4
X/OPEN standard for NLS which includes the date and time format. The
locale you are using only supports 2 digits for the year and you have
specified 4 digits on the year. Try using
restore -subdir=yes -ina -pick -fromd=08/13/96
This should work. If you need to use 4 digit years I am working on an
informational APAR that explains how to modify your locale.
