No ADSM session available for login ?

Hi,
In the last week, our ADSM has not allowed us to login several times,
with the message
no login sessions are available. (If I remember correctly the error code is
ANS5656E).
What could be some of the possible causes and how to fix this problem
temporarily or
permanently? Any suggestion and help are greatly appreciate.
