Is this a reference to pricing? I do not know about this. Your IBM marketing
rep is probably the best source of information.

This is news to me. As far as I know, ADSM will continue to evolve over time.
This means additional/improved function/feature, and accompanying client and
server updates. I do not see support going away, at least not in my lifetime.
