The ADSM FTP file serve contains what appear to be
V2R1M4 level codes.  For example, in
/adsm/fixes/v2r1/windows/32-bit there are files
ip20821.3d1 and .3d2, and
README.WIN.v2r1m4.IP20821

This led me to think that V2R1M4 was on the server.
But the contents of the README.WIN file still say
V2 R1 M3, and the ip20821 loaddisk files seem to
be V2R1M3.

Has V2 R1 M4 been released yet?  Is it IP20821?
If so, why does the V2R1M4 readme still say V2R1M3?
Or have I missed something somewhere?
