I just double checked the two messages (the TSA312 message and the ANS4104E
message) and both refer to the same file.  We specified -REP=ALL on the
restore command to make sure that the read-only files would get restored.

I found the apar you mentioned and we're going to try running a full
volume backup to a disk storage pool and make sure all the files are on
disk before we start the restore.  According to the apar this just might
fix our problem.  I'll let you know if it does or not...
