Sorry if what I am about to suggest is already happenning but if it is, clearly
I am not aware of it.

I follow many newsgroups and mailing lists, most of these periodicaly publish
an FAQ (list of Frequently Asked Questions) either to the news group or the
mailing list.  Another alternative is a remotely maintained world accessible
text or html document, the existence of which is published in a tagline
attached to each message proccessed by the mailing list software.  Of course in
the second scenario the mailing list would have to strip off any previous
tagline to prevent infinite appending and message growth.

Perhaps this would be a solution for the PUDM.
