If you have your installation diskettes for the ADSM/2 V1 R2 L0.9 PTF,
it's documented in the README.1ST file. Or you can go to the FTP
anonymous server, pull down the ip20545.3d1 diskette image, use loaddskf
to create the diskette, and find it on there.
