The easiest way around this is to change the DSM.OPT file to have a Nodename
of the person who is no longer with you, then start ADSM. (The obvious
assumption - you are an administrator, and have changed the password, or know
the original password). You can then do things a couple of ways. You could
use the Set Authorization to give access to whomever you want. You could also
just restore the files in question to your nmachine.

Two warnings: DO NOT run a backup while in this configuration - results
might be something other than what you want. Also, and again obvious, don't
forget to change the node back on the DSM.OPT file when you get done.

One other thing - the best way to handle this is if the machines are running
the same OS. You can, however, get by on Intel based machines if you are
using version 2 clients for all of this, and one of them is not a NetWare
machine.
