I also have a copy of the capacity planner that runs under OS/2 that I
  obtained from IBM.  Additionally, according to Mike Maulick (National
  Sales Manager), an improved version is planned for the near future.

  I have a copy of the capacity planner that I received from my IBM SE. Tell
  your SE to check on one of the "tools" disks (OS/2, I believe). The
  planner runs under OS/2, but I'm not sure if it is available for
  DOS/Windows, Novell, UNIX/AIX etc.
