Diane Ashby, thanks for your comments. I recommend that you (and anyone else
who would like to see changes/additions made to the documentation) send in the
reader comment form, usually located at the back of the book. Some of the books
don't have this form, but if you look on the copyright page, you'll see a note
saying that you can send comments electronically. Here are a couple of places:
