I am trying to back up a Windows 95 machine via the builtin PPP
support.  I have used the PPP only rarely, but it has seemed to work.
I could do WWW and FTP, along with telnet.  What happens is that it
gets about 1/3 of the way through io.sys, and the connection drops.
It was fairly consistent about where it failed.  Always in io.sys, but
I did not check how far into it that it got.  I tried the gui and the
command line client.  I played with tcpbuffsize and tcpwindow also,
but they did not seem to affect it.  Any Ideas?

P.S.  I just got done backing up about 1gig of data from the OS/2
client using the same line.
