There is no DFS support as of now. There is rudimentary AFS support, not
by the product itself but by additional code from the IBM research lab in
Almaden, CA. Its main component is a program called "buta"; and they might
be willing to offer the same thing for DFS later, as it is not such big a
difference to AFS. I have not heard of any plans that DFS support would be
in the future (a) designed to be consistent with DFS design (as distinct
from being a mere work-around for the lacking feature) and (b) integrated
into ADSM. My impression is that DCE has low priority in future ADSM
development.

If you are in need for DFS support, you should let IBM know. So are we.
Unfortunately, no competing product supports DFS, so that this is not yet
a criterion for selecting the product.
